When Windows Explorer is first opened the focus is on the folder view list view. Using tab the next area is the header bar aligned in a row. You can arrow to the right and left. It is used to organize the way the files are listed but we have no need to change the organization. Tab again and you get to the split button. The most useful command here would be to use the down arrow to access some folders but we will have a different way to access folders. Tab again and you are in a search edit field used for searching files and folders. Tab again and you come to a row of buttons where you can use left and right arrows to listen to what is said. We’ll tab again and we’ll come to more buttons where you can use up and down arrows. Tab again and you come to something that can be collapsed or expanded. Collapsing will hide items from view and expanding will put those items in view. Tab again and you get to the tree view and tab again and you will be at the folder view list view.  At this point you are back where you started when you first opened the program.
